Eligibility Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.
- Any accessories, manuals, or extras must be returned as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage.
- Custom or special-order items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Products without original labels, serials, or packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or spec, request an exchange on the return form. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the process.
How to Start a Return
Go to Your Orders and select the order.
Click "Request Return" and provide the reason and photos if applicable.
We will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
